JOB DESCRIPTION
You will report directly to our Director Sales and you’ll work out of ourShanghai/Beijing location on a Hybrid work schedule.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance,coaching, and support to achieve sales targets
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expandthe customer base
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers,understanding their needs and aligning our solutions to meet their requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customeronboarding, implementation, and support
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new businessopportunities

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in sales, preferably in a leadershiprole

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relatedfield
