Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • Experience with relational database management systems, such as Azure SQL Database, SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc. and optionally in distributed systems or Artificial Intelligence (AI).
  • Experience as a data professional either in the field of data product management, data engineering, or data science

Preferred/Additional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 10+ years of experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • with all aspects of the data stack and tools such as Power BI, Kusto/Azure Data Explorer, Data warehouses, Data lakes and AB testing systems.
  • Reliable analytical problem-solving skills to address deeply complex problems and issues.
  • Executive presence, leadership, exceptional communication skills in influencing customers and senior executives.

  • Establish a quality bar and improve accuracy of ingested data and reports
  • Customer Success Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior to understand acquisition, engagement, and retention patterns. Use these insights to drive product decisions and improve user experience
  • Data Collection and Analysis: Oversee the collection, storage, and analysis of data. Work closely with data engineers and analysts to ensure data quality and relevance. Analyze data trends to inform product enhancements and identify new opportunities
  • Data Strategy Development: Define and implement data strategies that align with business goals. This includes setting data-related goals (OKRs) to ensure the right data is always available and actionable
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, executives and data science organizations to define the telemetry needed to understand customer behavior across the service.Excellence in communications with ability to work across different teams, partners, and geo locations.Ability to tell a story, clearly present your ideas and obtain feedback from peers and partners
  • Data Governance and Compliance: Establish protocols for data governance, security, and compliance. Ensure that data handling practices meet regulatory requirements and industry best practices
