As a hardware development manager you will co-ordinate a team of cross-functional design engineers, including mechanical and electrical engineers, and engage with an experienced cross-disciplinary staff to define, develop, test, and sustain new devices. You will partner with internal and external stakeholders to drive key aspects of product definition, design execution, and system level bring-up and verification. You should be responsive, flexible, and able to succeed within an open collaborative peer environment.Key job responsibilities- Lead cross-functional engineering meetings and design reviews
- Dive into and take ownership for critical embedded software, electrical and mechanical design, DFM and DFT deliverables and issues.
- Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Experience in RFID (Radio-Frequency IDentification) Technology
