Job Responsibility:

  • NDS New Initiatives:
    • Lead Supply Chain initiatives to deliver frictionless first line and consumer fulfillment experience in Nike Direct Marketplace.
    • Find supply chain continuous improvement opportunities by analyzing daily operation results.
  • NDS B&M stores Daily operation:
    • Build strong relationships with cross functional teams to streamline the E2E daily operation process and drive the supply chain areas excellence including but not limited in order management, inventory deployment, order deliveries, value-added services, etc.)
    • Collaborate with cross functional team to implement the consumer moments / events / campaign from pre-game kick off till post analysis.
    • Act as the voice of Nike Direct Marketplace to drive within Supply Chain team to secure service delivery with quality and influence capability development continuously.
    • Monitor and manage performance against service level agreements.
    • Track & manage NDS O2O performance against SLA and find opportunities to enhance continuously.

Functional Skill Required (Hard skills):

  • Above 5 years’ retail operation/supply chain experience in a major consumer driven MNC (FMCG, Consumer Durables/Electronics);
  • Ability to work across multiple functions and drive action via the consensus and alignment with multiple internal cross functional key stakeholders & external teams (3rd Party vendors etc.);
  • Strongly data analytical skills with excellent Excel skill setup;
  • Fluent English is a must for the role, both written and spoken.
