As a Remote Service Engineer (RSE) you will combine your technical, networking, and customer interaction skills utilizing the latest remote access technologies to assist healthcare customers with MR products.

Your role:

• Acting as a Philips Representative in response to customer inquiries and providing telephone and remote technical support to external customers
• Resolving customer service events by leveraging Philips tools and resources as needed
• Timely escalation of customer product issues for evaluation and action by higher level support
• Utilization of appropriate remote tools to resolve issues and thus avoid dispatching of service call to Field Service Engineer
• Implementing best practices and process improvements while diagnosing problems, applying effective solutions and determining follow up actions
• Driving increased productivity through utilization of remote tools and technical skills

You're the right fit if:

• You’ve acquired 3+ years of experience in diagnostic imaging, preferably in a field service environment, and have been trained in Philps products.
• Your skills include experience with Philips MRI equipment, Knowledge of computers and networking; PC competency to include utilization of Microsoft Office Suite products.
• Ability to understand and apply electronic, mechanical, and networking theory to install, diagnose, and repair equipment, including knowledge and use of all necessary tools and test equipment.
• You have a High School graduate degree or bachelor’s degree in engineering, medical or science related, preferred
• You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this .
• Ability to communicate, written and verbally, with various levels of employees and customers.

This is a remote based role; This is a 2nd shift schedule 3:30pm-12am ET

The pay range for this position in AZ, AR, ID, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MS, MO, MT, NE, NM, OK, SC, SD, TN, UT, WY is $33.57 - $57.55/hour

The pay range for this position in AL, CO, FL, GA, HI, IL, IN, MI, MN, NV, NH, NC, ND, OH, OR, PA, TX, VT, VA, WI, WY: $35.34 - $60.58/hour

The pay range for this position in AK, DE, MD, NY, RI, WA: $37.10 - $63.61/hour

The pay range for this position in CA, CT, MA, NJ, DC: $39.58 - $67.85/hour
