- Master's degree in a technical or quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Economics) or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience managing an organization through significant change and transformation.
- Experience with regulatory and compliance landscapes associated with global products (e.g., Privacy, Security).
- Expertise with highly scalable distributed systems, data, and concurrency.
- Deep understanding of data and analytics products and technologies.
- Familiarity with Google's application needs for data and AI infrastructure.
