Your way to impact
You will be responsible for strategically designing new features and connections for our Business Debit Mastercard & partnering on other merchant financial services products impacting millions of customers, every day.
You’ll work with other product managers as well as engineering, design, marketing & other cross-functional stakeholders to build out and execute a product roadmap.
You will investigate data around our existing products and review where the largest opportunities may be to grow and expand our target audiences, manage request intake and feature scoping, and participate in agile ceremonies to drive the execution and launch of new features.
You will be the point person for your domain, balancing customer desires, business requirements, legal/compliance, growth, and monetization considerations.
In your day-to-day, you will:
Lead a cross-functional team in creating and launching innovative mobile-first experiences
Understand PayPal's strategic and competitive position in the market to develop a product strategy and roadmap for your domain
Analyze, quantify, and articulate trade-offs of product roadmap features
Identify, design, experiment, and iterate on initiatives leveraging usability testing, data, and market research
Define and analyze key performance metrics to support and inform product decisions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, market, and launch product
Use A/B Testing, analytics, market research, usability studies, and competitive analysis to drive decision making
What do you need to bring:
10+ years of consumer web or mobile product management experience
Proven track record of delivering successful large-scale mobile products
Comfortable using data and analytics to inform product hypotheses and decisions
Ability to lead cross-functional groups and drive action in high-growth environments
Deep empathy and appreciation for customer needs
Experience designing simple and intuitive user interfaces
Strong sense for visual design and detail
Experience in Payments, Banking, or Merchant Financial Services is a plus

The U.S. national annual pay range for this role is
$107300 to $259600
