Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
14 years of experience leading negotiations or business development.
Experience leading negotiations, business development, government engagement or real estate development of industrial-scale projects in the Americas.
Experience in people management.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with any of the following: build-to-suit development, site selection projects, real estate evaluation, acquisition, development, construction, partnering or managing utility agreements or telecommunications infrastructure.
Experience leading scalable cross-functional programs.
Familiarity with the various real estate markets in North and South America including having an established network and understanding the market and dynamics.
Ability to work separately with awareness of the objectives of stakeholder groups and partner teams.
Ability to navigate and negotiate a wide array of issues, solutions, and products as needed.
