Job Summary:
In this role, you will operate the equipment and perform production process to deliver daily target in accordance to production plan.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Comply with the prescribed PPE, gowning protocols and safety rules and regulations.
- Must be certified in 3 skillsets in ISO 5 and 8, Formation, Loading and Primary Packing.
- Execute production activities according to SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and quality requirements.
- Escalate safety hazards and potential safety risks via "See-Do-Say" submissions.
- Perform quality check and escalate any abnormality findings to Production Lead, Sr. Production Lead orProduction Supervisor.
- Carry out material system transactions accurately.
- Follow and execute OCAP (Out of Control Plan) procedures effectively.
- Participate and support Kaizen projects or any continuous improvement activities in the line.
- Escalate and provide feedback whenever there is an abnormality occurrence in the line.
Basic Qualifications:
- Secondary Education or Technical Training
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Able to strictly adhere with all relevant standard operating procedures as per Company policy
- Support and contribute to Lean Six Sigma (LSS) programs and activities towards delivery of the set target
- Able to always comply with the company’s safety policy.
- Able to always comply with the company’s quality policy.
- GMP/GDP Compliance and Application for all work processes, Job-related SOI/WIs, as assigned in Learning Management System (LMS). Must follow gowning and hand washing procedures strictly.

Physical and Mental Requirements:
- Physical (Medium) - exerting up to 16kg of force occasionally and/or up to 6kg of force frequently, and/or up to 10lbs/4kgs of force constantly to move objects.
- Noise level in the work environment is usually light to moderate.
- Frequently required to stand for long period of time
- Regularly uses hands and fingers to handle and operate machine controls, objects, tools, and jigs.
- Must be able to understand direction and adhere to established procedures
- 20/30 Vision minimum, at near and/or far with at least one eye with or without corrective lenses and no color deficiency
