Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy for the CRM platform, aligning capabilities with Sales and Research needs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize features, acting as the primary liaison between business units and technology teams.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget, ensuring product adoption and value realization.
- Oversee the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring an intuitive and seamless user experience.
- Incorporate user feedback and industry best practices into design enhancements.
- Leverage data analytics to drive product decisions and measure success, implementing features that enhance data-driven insights for Sales and Research.
- Ensure platform adherence to regulatory requirements and internal compliance standards, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Product Manager
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and their application in Sales and Research environments.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in data analysis and familiarity with relevant tools and technologies.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Previous experience in a client coverage/Sales COO role, and building products aligned to Sales in the Markets business
- Product Manager experience preferably within financial services or technology sectors.
