As an Offering Management Lead here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in leading the offering management function for the Environmental and Energy Solutions (ESS) Strategic Business Group (SBG) in Japan.
You will be responsible for driving the development and execution of offering strategies to drive growth and profitability in the ESS SBG. In this role, you will impact the organization's strategic direction, revenue growth, product innovation, customer satisfaction, competitive advantage, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and overall success in the ESS SBG in Japan.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead the offering management function for the ESS SBG in Japan
• Drive the development and execution of offering strategies to drive growth and profitability
• Define and prioritize market opportunities and customer needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new offerings
• Manage the offering lifecycle, including pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies
• Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities
• Drive profitability and growth through effective pricing and revenue optimization strategies
• Provide leadership and guidance to the offering management team
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
