The role requires the candidate to process branch operations related activities, to manage Cash counter, trade and treasury transactions with good accuracy and speed to meet the defined TAT.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently process cash management and trade and treasury transactions
- Ensure Processing as per TAT’s
- Responsible for effectively processing of transactions
- Engage with clients to build strong relationship and effectively manage their expectations.
- Generate new ideas and contribute towards process improvement.
Skills:
- Graduate with minimum 2-3 years’ experience or MBA with 1-2 years’ experience in Banking Operation
- Should possess basic knowledge of Banking
- Responsible for effectively handling trade and treasury transactions
- Responsible for efficient handling of the Cash Management Process for the branch
- Good customer service and interpersonal skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage volumes with accuracy
- Ensure compliance with reporting/ response deadlines
- Ensuring adequate controls are in place and Support Client Services and Implementation on client review and requirements
- Regular interaction with Internal and External stakeholders, clients and peers across branches for job related activities.
- Contributing towards department efforts in the areas of constant process improvement, improving productivity rates.
