Theis an intermediate level role responsible for assisting IBM Content Manager OnDemand administration activities, including infrastructure build and maintenance, application and operational process build and maintenance, providing technical guidance to application source teams and other partners, and security in coordination with the Technology Infrastructure team. The role will require incident, problem, project management with partners and the vendor.
Responsibilities:
- Create complex project plans, perform impact analyses, solve/work high impact problems/projects, and provide resolution to restore IBM Content Manager OnDemand services. Provide Root Cause Analysis (RCA) post restoration of service as well.
- Design testing approaches, complex processes, reporting streams, and assist with the automation of repetitive tasks as well as partner with stakeholders and vendor defining product and service roadmaps.
- Provide technical/strategic direction to team members and serve as a SMEto senior stakeholders and /or others as needed.
- Review requirement documents, define hardware & software requirements and update processes and procedures as necessary
- Responsible for applications dealing with the overall operating system
- Conduct project related research. Proactively covers end to end infrastructure and service analysis for projects and issues.
- Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy with limited level of supervision and direction.
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
- 6-10 years of experience in roles centered around infrastructure delivery (application hosting) with a proven track record of operational process change and improvement
- Understanding of how specialization within area contributes to the business and of competitors' products and services
- Ability to develop projects required for design of metrics, analytical tools, benchmarking activities, and best practices
- Ability to work with virtual / in-person teams, and work under pressure / to a deadline
- Knowledgeable on Content Manager OnDemand product, RMS, ICN, Mainframe and Distributed environments
- Effective written/verbal communication skills and
- Effective analytic/diagnostic skills
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audience
