Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct method setup and sample analyses for molecular imaging R&D programs, primarily using HPLC-UV.
  • Support the development, verification, and validation of HPLC methods.
  • Engage in hands-on laboratory work, with daily physical attendance required.
  • Actively participate in team activities and collaborations.
  • Plan, present, and discuss study results and development work.
  • Author and review scientific reports that are fit for purpose.
  • Update and maintain laboratory Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure regulatory compliance and best practices.
  • Participate in Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) change controls for acquiring new laboratory instruments.
  • Follow and promote safety procedures to maintain a safe laboratory environment.
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency and organization of the laboratory workspace.

Required Qualifications

  • MSc in Analytical Chemistry, or a BSc in Analytical Chemistry with relevant work experience. Experience with chromatography methods is required.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to fit into a multicultural environment.
  • Experience in working under GMP or in an accredited laboratory.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative and flexible work environment within a team.
  • English - fluent verbal and written.

Desired Characteristics/Skills

  • Hands-on experience in other analytical methods, such as Titration, Infrared (IR) Spectroscopy, and simpler strip-based methods.
  • Having a research and customer focused mindset and approach to your daily tasks.
  • Theoretical and practical knowledge of analytical chemistry method development and validation principles according to ICH and other applicable guidelines.
  • Problem solving experience.
  • Familiarity and working knowledge in applying QbD and DoE principles.
  • Norwegian - fluent verbal and written.
