Job Summary:

As an SBA Post Approval Supervisor in our team, you will coordinate activities between the Market, the Credit Officer, and SBA Solutions. You will handle booking and funding issues, manage projects, monitor workflow, and provide training.

Job Responsibilities:

• Review SBA commercial credit approvals for adherence to credit policy and ensure proper collateral position.
• Order and evaluate reports and information for collateral evaluation and SBA verification.
• Prepare loan documentation to protect the bank's interest.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• College degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial loan operations or a credit/lending environment.
• Knowledge of SBA credit products.
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• Experience in workflow monitoring and project management.
• Ability to train and mentor team members effectively.
• Familiarity with booking and funding processes in a financial setting.
