What You’ll Do- Own the growth and success of a portfolio of enterprise accounts , ensuring partners achieve their business goals.
- Upsell advanced marketing products , including targeted ads and promotional tools, to help merchants increase their visibility and sales.
- Conduct strategic business reviews (quarterly, monthly) to refine sales and marketing strategies at the executive level.
- Analyze merchant performance through KPIs and OKRs , identifying key opportunities to enhance success.
- Drive operational improvements , resolving executive-level merchant challenges and optimizing platform engagement.
- Develop new merchant launch plans , ensuring a seamless onboarding experience across industries.
- Provide hands-on vendor management and training , introducing merchants to new features and products.
What You’ll Need- SQL knowledge , enabling data-driven decision-making and advanced reporting.
- Significant experience in executive-level consultative sales , with a strong focus on upselling advanced promotional products and ads.
