Your role:
Maintains a safe work environment, initiates safety improvements, and supports EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety) projects. Ensures adherence to Quality Policy, GMP guidelines, and up-to-date procedures.
Plans, schedules, and prioritizes tasks to meet production deadlines. Makes staffing recommendations, balances resources, and prevents line-down situations by managing WIP inventory and materials availability.
Tracks attendance and training records daily, trains employees on new or updated documents, conducts NCR evaluations, and delivers employee performance reviews.
Drives efficiency by proposing process improvements and cost-saving initiatives. Develops tools to support operational decision-making and monitors DPMO (Defects Per Million Opportunities) improvements.
Mentors operations leaders, sets KPIs, and ensures daily performance tracking. Communicates expectations, policies, and manufacturing updates clearly to employees and stakeholders.
You're the right fit if:
Bachelor’s degree in economics, Administration, or Engineering preferred; or equivalent experience in the manufacturing industry with 2+ years in operations or manufacturing environments.
Trained in Production and Inventory Management, ISO 13485, and Yellow Belt; experienced in the Medical Device Industry (e.g., Operator, Water Spider, Training roles).
Proficient in MS Office with strong computer literacy and proven problem-solving capabilities.
Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.
