You will:
Conduct technical studies and lab PoCs
Design and implement innovative solutions for connectivity in diverse environments
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including research, product development, and supply chain
Contribute to the development of intellectual property and research publications
Develop and maintain technical reports, documentation, and presentations
Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, or a related field, with 3+ years of R&D experience in network communication systems or related areas
Strong knowledge of communication protocols and networking technologies (Ethernet, TCP/IP, QoS, network route optimization, Wi-Fi, 5G), and experience in system modeling, link-budget analysis, and solving complex optimization problems
Proficient in software development and integration in Linux, VM, Docker, Kubernetes using Python, JSON; experience with lab PoCs and prototyping
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to research and work independently and in a team environment
Strong knowledge of computer networking, communication protocols, and distributed systems
Desirable Requirements
Familiarity with cloud computing, edge computing, IoT technologies, and experience with software-defined networking (SDN), network function virtualization (NFV), and network simulation tools (e.g., ns-3, OMNeT++, NetSim)
Strong foundation in AI/ML with experience in ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), AI/ML optimization methods (e.g., hyperparameter tuning, neural architecture search), and applications in networking and distributed systems
