Reporting to the Program manager, this role involves responsibilities for managing data integrity, tracking validations & Discrepancies, supporting cross-functional teams coordination, and ensuring program deliverables are met on time. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills to support contract negotiations, customer onboarding, and global KPI adherence. The analyst will also serve as a central communication point for Component Services, supporting risk mitigation and escalations.
What a typical day looks like:
- Manage databases of full scope parts, including monitoring and tracking changes in terms and conditions based on supplier validations.
- Operate and oversee
Command Center
, a specialized program for registering, tracking, and updating key parameters critical to successful inter-customer transactions. - Provide knowledge, leadership, and expertise to support contract negotiations when required.
- Oversee and coordinate interdepartmental activities, ensuring compliance with product development onboarding, validation, delivery, and adherence to global and internal KPIs.
- Establish and manage work plans and timelines for each phase of both new implementations and ongoing customer programs.
- Collaborate with the Inside Sales organization to maintain current business and support the development of new customer opportunities.
- Monitor and track all assigned projects, ensuring that program deliverables are met.
- Ensure data management excellence and maintain integrity at a system level.
- Act as the key communication channel across internal Component Services departments, supporting escalations and driving risk mitigation actions.
- Prepare and lead presentations and calls with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrate excellent English proficiency, with strong communication and presentation skills.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in Program Management, operations, or data management roles.
- Excel proficiency
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities in English.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in contract negotiation support and interdepartmental coordination is a plus
