Reporting to the your focus will be on the BMS and HVAC systems for our premium commercial customers. You will ideally have had some experience with small projects such as floor fit outs and have excellent knowledge of BMS systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborating and building relationships with Facility Managers, engineering teams, and technicians to service customer equipment to the highest standards
- Developing, maintaining, and improving relationships with the customer by providing expert advice and acting as a maintenance specialist resource
- Knowledge of Navigating and interrogating Building Management interfaces advantageous
- Ensuring customer happiness through direct liaison with client representatives, customers, and service recipients
- Ensuring delivery of value to Honeywell clients and customers
- Reporting near misses, incidents, and other opportunities for improvement
Key Experience & Capabilities:
- Restricted Electrical Trade Certificate (Advantageous)
- Open Cable License (Advantageous)
- Driver's License
- Intermediate Microsoft and computer skills
- Creative, highly motivated individual, who can work independently and as part of a team.
