Job Summary:

We are seeking a Manager with up to 15 years of experience in Private Cloud management, who also has a strong grasp of Public Cloud solutions and hybrid cloud strategies. The ideal candidate will have a robust technical background and the capability to oversee the integration and management of complex cloud projects. This role is designed for a leader who can ensure the seamless delivery of private cloud solutions while leveraging the scalability and innovation offered by public and hybrid cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the development, deployment, and maintenance of Private Cloud infrastructures, ensuring optimal performance, security, and compliance with industry standards.
• Design and implement hybrid cloud solutions that integrate Private and Public Cloud platforms, providing scalable and flexible services to meet diverse client needs.
• Work closely with clients to understand their business goals and technical requirements, developing tailored cloud strategies that leverage the strengths of both private and hybrid cloud models.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the successful delivery of cloud projects on time and within budget, with a focus on client satisfaction and service excellence.
• Stay at the forefront of cloud technology trends, including advancements in hybrid cloud architectures and public cloud offerings, to inform service improvements and strategic decisions.
• Contribute to business development by providing technical insights for proposals, engaging in client discussions, and supporting the sales process with expert knowledge of cloud solutions.

Qualifications:

• Up to 15 years of experience in IT, with a focus on Private Cloud management and a comprehensive understanding of Public Cloud and hybrid cloud configurations.
• Demonstrated experience in managing cloud infrastructure projects, with a track record of successful implementation and operation.
• Strong communication and client engagement skills, with the ability to translate technical requirements into effective cloud strategies.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate) are highly desirable.

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency in cloud automation and orchestration tools to streamline operations across private and hybrid cloud environments.
• Knowledge of cloud security practices, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements applicable to private, public, and hybrid clouds.
• Leadership and project management skills, with the ability to guide cross-functional teams and foster a collaborative work environment.
