ABOUT THE ROLE

You will report to 111 S 34

You Must Have

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics.

We Value

• Master’s or PhD degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Civil Engineering
• Basic understanding and application of disciplines in high speed machinery for one or more of these areas: Bearings, Gears & splines, Air & oil seals Lubrication systems
• Familiarity with mechanical systems for gas turbine engines
• Familiarity with flow system finite-element modeling and analysis software
• Familiarity with mechanical component rig testing.
• Experience using advanced numerical simulation codes (for example, OSU Load Distribution Program, ANSYS, Romax, etc)
