Analyst– Technology Assurance

As Risk Assurance Staff, you’ll contribute technically to Risk Assurance client engagements and internal projects. An important part of your role will be to assist Seniors & Managers while actively participating within the client engagement Similarly, you’ll anticipate and identify risks within engagements and share any issues with senior members of the team. In line with EY commitment to quality, you’ll confirm that work is of high quality and is reviewed by the next-level reviewer. As a member of the team, you’ll help to create a positive learning culture and assist fellow team members while delivering an assignment.

• A proactive approach to problem-solving and great analytical skills.
• Work closely with Seniors to design and develop software solutions that increase business productivity.
• Perform basic analysis and problem-solving in project-related work.
• Exposure to any programming language or technology stack through academic projects and internships.
• Engage in hands-on training programs to enhance technical and professional skills.
• Show initiative by exploring new tools and technologies that can benefit our projects.
• Adhere to company policies and industry standards in all work activities.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge.
• Contribute to the creation of technical documentation for reference and reporting.
• Good to have knowledge on any ticketing tool like Git, JIRA, Change / Release management, build/deploy, CI/CD Azure Devops & Share Point.
• Good to have knowledge of analytical tools like Excel, Alteryx, Power BI, SQL or Python.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams including internal audits, IT security and business stakeholders to assess control effectiveness and facilitate remediation activities.
• Preferred knowledge/understanding of experience in IT Controls, Risk and Compliance.

Ideally, you'll also have

• Bachelor's Degree or above in mathematics, information systems, statistics, computer science, Data Science or related disciplines.
• Any certifications are considered a plus.
• Self-driven and creative problem-solver who enjoys the fast-paced world of software development and can perform well in a team.
• Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application.
