Minimum Qualifications
- Experience and proficiency in event-based and log-based monitoring systems, deployment tools, Unix and AWS.
- Experience supporting and scaling large enterprise applications in a critical "follow-the-sun" environment.
- Excellent code-debugging/optimisation, analytical problem solving and analytical thinking skills.
- Ability to clearly and accurately communicate day-to-day operations to ensure detailed hand-off to regional SRE teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in supporting large-scale banking or payment systems, is a plus.
- Expertise in API design and interface technologies
- Expertise with container platforms (e.g. Docker, or similar)
- Expertise in monitoring, debugging and code analysis (e.g. Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana or similar)
- Fast learner who is generous with their knowledge.
