We are looking for technical builders who love the idea of working with early stage startups to help them as they grow. In this role, you’ll work directly with a variety of interesting customers and help them make the best (and sometimes the most pragmatic) technical decisions along the way. You’ll have a chance to build enduring relationships with these companies and establish yourself as a trusted advisor.As a member of the AWS Startups team, you will work directly with customers to help them successfully leverage AWS technology at scale.As well as spending time working directly with customers, you’ll also get plenty of time to learn new technologies and keep your skills fresh. We have 200+ services across a range of different categories and it’s important that we can help startups take advantages of the right ones. You’ll also play an important role as an advocate with our product teams to make sure we are building the right products and features for the startups you work with. And for the customers you don’t get to work with on a 1:1 basis you’ll share knowledge more broadly by working on technical content and presenting at events.Key job responsibilities
· As a Solutions Architect, you will work directly with customers to accelerate their projects and recommend best-practice architectures in line with their long-term business outcomes.
· Educate customers of all sizes on the value proposition of AWS, and participate in deep architectural discussions to ensure solutions are designed for successful deployment in the cloud.
· You will own the technical relationship with the customer and operate as their trusted advisor. The best interests of the customer will shape the guidance you provide.
· Share the voice of the customer to influence the roadmap of new features and services for the AWS platform.
· Create and capture best practices, technical content and new reference architectures (e.g. white papers, code samples, blog posts).
· Evangelize and educate about AWS technology (e.g. workshops, user groups, meetups, public speaking, online videos or conferences).
· Contribute to the growth of the Solutions Architecture organization by hiring, coaching and mentoring others.
· Develop areas of depth in technical domains relevant to your interests and your customer's outcomes.About the team

- 8+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, data & analytics).
- Experience in designing, developing or operating reliable and scalable cloud-native solutions, platforms and software.
- Fluent written and verbal communications skills in English and Hebrew with demonstrated ability to communicate technical choices to business and technology stakeholders.
- In-depth working knowledge in one or more of the following technologies: DevOps, Containers, Big Data Solutions, Machine Learning, Serverless, Networking, Security, Databases, IOT, AI/ML, Cloud Migration and IT Transformation.
- Professional experience architecting/operating solutions built on AWS and/or AWS certification (e.g. AWS Solutions Architect Associate or Professional).
- Experience or familiarity in the Startups eco-system.
- Experience working in a customer-facing role or a role that involved public speaking.
