PFM Asset Management (PFMAM), a division of U.S. Bancorp Asset Management, Inc. is currently seeking
Key tasks include:Develops and manages active pipeline in support of annual sales goals, including weekly updates and active participation in monthly sales reviews and quarterly meetings;
Meet with existing clients and prospects (prioritizing in-person meetings) on a frequent basis;
Lead development of meeting materials, including but not limited to preparing materials for meetings, reviewing investment policies and other relevant data, and ensuring appropriate follow up with prospects, clients, and shareholders;
Represent PFMAM and our key clients by attending local government trade association conferences and events;
Gain and leverage in-depth knowledge of PFMAM’s products and services;
Work with internal partners to ensure smooth implementation of new client accounts and towards fulfillment of current client and shareholder needs; and
Create innovative ways of educating clients and prospects on current market events and investment opportunities.
Basic Qualifications:
- Typically a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in portfolio management, sales, marketing, or relationship management with institutional clients (Business to Business environment)
- Must be FINRA series 6 or 7 and 63 licensed or complete 6 or 7,63 testing within 90 days of start date
- Typically has 10 or more years of experience
- Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification
Preferred Qualifications:
-Knowledge of liquidity and fixed-income securities or comparable bank offerings, and experience working in or with public sector and other institutional investors.
-Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated, highly organized and have demonstrated success working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $111,605.00 - $131,300.00 - $144,430.00U.S. Bank will consider qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records for employment.
