Responsibilities

  1. Continuously acquire new B2B customers via multi-channels, including but not limited to direct selling, participating events and expand industrial partners to get referrals etc, to achieve new acquisition and revenue targets.
  2. Understand customers’ businesses model, explore customers’ potential needs, offer appropriate solutions to win the deal.
  3. Deliver the highest level of customer service and present Payoneer’s solutions in a compelling, positive, and professional way.
  4. Co-work with internal teams to help customers solve issues and elevate customer satisfaction, cultivate retention and loyalty.
  5. Collaborate with customers on new service solution or product features to raise service/product adoption and revenue yield.
  6. Collect information about industrial trend, customer needs, competitor update info and report/feedback timely.

Basic Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years’ work experience with 3+ years in payment industry or export relevant industry
  2. Deep understanding of cross-border B2B industrial trends, especially know well about the needs and pain points of B2B exporters.
  3. Consultative sales ability with skilled storytelling and structured sales approach when engage with customers.
  4. Proven track record of high performance in achieving sales target and driving revenue growth.
  5. Fast learner with ability to thrive in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
  6. Effective cross-functional collaboration and influencing skills, win through external partnership and internal collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience in B2B platform or high related service provider.
  2. Fluent in English in business communication scenarios.
  3. Experience solving complex problems, with a mindset towards scalability.
