an experienced and highly skilled Environment Art LIn this role, you willbe responsible forcutting edgegame environments.This role will allow you to flex your creativity, sharpen yourour studioYou will work closely across multiple disciplinary groups toartistic vision ofHalo, andensure that it works harmoniously with design and gameplay.

Roles at our studio are flexible, and you can work from home up to two days a week in this role.

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Certificate in Design, Fine Arts, Human Computer Interaction, Visual Communications or related art field AND 4+ years’ experience in art design or a related art field working on computer games or entertainment
  • 2+ years people management experience (e.g., serving as a Lead Artist, Art Manager, Creative Director, etc.)
  • OR equivalent experience
  • +years of experience in an environment art role.
  • in industry-standard software such as Maya, Blender, 3DS Max,Zbrush, Photoshop, and Substance Designer and Painter

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirementsisrequiredfor this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to, the following specialized security screenings:
  • requiredto pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.


Preferred qualifications:

  • One or more shipped titles in a leadership/management role
  • Experience working with Unreal
  • nowledgeable onbothhard surfaceandorganiccontent construction
  • Experience with procedural workflows
