Be our Asia Data Center Lead based in our Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, or Singapore office. This position is focused on the growth of the APAC Data Center market share and the capture and execution of Data Center projects across Asia region. The role responsibilities include Strategic Account Management, Design & Project Management, and Project Acquisition.
- Covers both technical and financial aspects of the Data Center business.
- Leads and manages the team of Architects and multi-disciplinary Engineers through all phases of project planning, execution, and closeout, consistent with established project delivery processes to meet the scope, schedule, budget, and other specified requirements stated in the contract.
- Completes the scope of work to the satisfaction of the Client, while simultaneously ensuring that Jacobs HS&E, quality, financial, risk management; business and policy expectations are met. Recognize cultural sensitivities with Clients from other parts of the world.
- Play a significant role in the business development activities. This typically includes Client relationship development, project-specific positioning activities, proposal preparation, presentation, and contract negotiation.
