In this role you will:
Own the vision and strategy related to developing an advanced analytics function to support the marketing organization.• Advanced degree (master’s or PhD) in Statistics, Machine Learning, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics etc. preferred.
• Experience in model development cycle end to end in the enterprise environment including business problem scoping, data ingestion, feature engineering, developing machine learning models and performing validation of model performance.
• Experience in managing Marketing Analytics in Financial Industry is preferred.
• Prior experience leading and developing quantitative professionals.
• Prior working knowledge of Big Data technology (tools and language).
• Background in Data Science with demonstrated analytical experience.
• Experience in Machine Learning including Classification, Forecasting, Anomaly Detection, Pattern Detection, Text Mining, using variety of techniques such as Decision trees, Time Series Analysis, Bagging and Boosting algorithms, Neural Networks, Deep Learning
• Ability to lead a quantitative team through technical example, problem solving and troubleshooting using analytical programming languages, tools, and libraries.
• Ability to manage change through a blend of sound judgement, innovative strategic thinking, adaptability, and clear communications.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver and communicate complex analytic insights in a way that enables our business partners to take effective actions.
• Ability to solve problems while working under pressure, and undertake, execute, and deliver on-time multiple simultaneous projects under tight deadlines.
• A team player with the ability to develop relationships with non-quantitative partners and stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills is a must.
