In this role, you will:
Lead complex technology initiatives including those that are companywide with broad impact
Act as a key participant in developing standards and companywide best practices for engineering complex and large scale technology solutions for technology engineering disciplines
Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs
Review and analyze complex, large-scale technology solutions for tactical and strategic business objectives, enterprise technological environment, and technical challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented technical factors
Make decisions in developing standard and companywide best practices for engineering and technology solutions requiring understanding of industry best practices and new technologies, influencing and leading technology team to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
Collaborate and consult with key technical experts, senior technology team, and external industry groups to resolve complex technical issues and achieve goals
Lead projects, teams, or serve as a peer mentor
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
5 years of design, prototyping and delivery of software solutions within the ETL platform using Ab Initio and Big data ETL solutions.
4 years of Review and Signoff the Test Coverage and Requirements Traceability Matrix.
5 years of hands on Business Intelligence as a developer who can implement ETL solutions for financial clients in different industries dealing with various types of challenging data.
5 years with hands on SQL database programming, SQL performance tuning, relational model analysis.
4 years of hands on experience with Abinitio features like Workload management, Workflow management, Continuous Flows, EME and Express>IT
4 years of hands on developer experience in developing UNIX scripts, Oracle SQL/PL-SQL.
4 years of leading and designing scalable Financial Data warehousing

A good team player who can collaborate and work closely with multiple functional groups.
Ability to multi-task and work under stringent timelines within a strong, high energy team environment.
Ability to work in Agile environment
Candidates must have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and a good grasp of the technical side of business intelligence.

Pay Range:
111,100.00 - 197,500.00 USD Annual
