in this role you will contribute to open-source projects of the Cloud Foundry Foundation and ensure that the BTP Cloud Foundry Platform is running stable and reliably. Being part of a highly motivated agile and self-managed team with collective code ownership, you will care about your local code and particularly when pushing to production.

What you bring

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field
• At least 3+ years of professional work experience in software development & architectural tasks
• Good knowledge of Python, Golang is a plus
• Proficient knowledge of PostgresDB
• Established record of accomplishments as an architect for data management
• Familiarity with agile methods, test-driven development, continuous integration and pair programming
• Experience with BASH and SQL
• Experience with cloud platforms, e.g. AWS, Microsoft Azure, GCP, AliCloud, SAP Converged Cloud, or SAP Business Technology Platform and container technologies like Cloud Foundry or Docker
• Proficiency in working with Linux or macOS environments
• Very good English language skills (verbal and written), German skills are a plus
• Knowledge on Test framework, eg RSpec, Ginkgo, JUnit/Mockito and continuous integration tools like Jenkins or Concourse is a plus
• Self-motivation with a positive can-do attitude
