As an AWS Telco Partner Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving the adoption and growth of AWS services within the telecommunications industry. You will work closely with strategic telco partners, service providers, system integrators and ISVs to identify and develop new business opportunities, drive revenue growth, and enable partners to build and deliver innovative solutions on AWS.Key job responsibilities
Solution Architecture: Collaborate with partners and AWS technical teams to design, architect, and deploy cloud-based solutions tailored to the unique requirements of the telco industry. Provide technical guidance and best practices to ensure successful implementation and scalability.Partner Enablement: Develop and deliver partner enablement programs, including training, workshops, and certifications, to upskill and empower partners in leveraging AWS services and solutions effectively.Industry Advocacy: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes within the telco sector. Represent AWS at industry events, conferences, and forums, and advocate for AWS solutions and best practices.A day in the life
Partner Meetings and Calls: A significant portion of the day is dedicated to engaging with key telco partners, service providers, and system integrators. This can include virtual meetings, on-site visits, or conference calls to discuss ongoing projects, identify new opportunities, provide technical guidance, and address any challenges or concerns.Partner Enablement and Training: Conducting partner enablement sessions, workshops, or training programs to upskill and empower partners in leveraging AWS services and solutions effectively.About the team

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
- Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements
- 3+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
- MBA
