Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
7 years of experience developing operational process solutions, and working with cross-functional teams to drive these changes.
7 years of experience in a customer or client-facing role supporting Marketing, agency, production, social media, or adjacent industry.
7 years of experience analyzing data and generating business insights
Experience managing team budgets
Preferred qualifications:
Experience working on large-scale creative projects (e.g., tentpole events, creative campaigns, etc.)
Knowledge of Google Extended Workforce workflows and tools, (e.g., WorkForce Pro, Lantern, SmartTrack,Workspace, Buganizer, intermediate/advanced use of Sheets/Culverts).
Ability to deploy creative workflow tools (e.g., Asana, Basecamp, etc.).
Ability to anticipate, identify, and address commonly escalated issues or triage when required, in a timely manner.
Ability to work cross-functionally between Marketing and Product teams.
