As a Junior Finance Transformation Consultant, you will assist in identifying opportunities for improvement and support clients in their Finance Transformation initiatives. Your key responsibilities
- Supporting a range of tasks related to Finance Transformation, including process assessments and performance improvement initiatives.
- Assisting in the analysis of financial data and identifying areas for optimization.
- Collaborating with team members to draft reports and presentations for clients.
- Learning about financial planning, budgeting processes, and reporting tools.
- Staying updated on industry trends and best practices to identify potential risks and opportunities for clients.

To qualify for the role, you must have
- Very good English (C1).
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a Finance discipline or related field.
- Strong collaboration skills and the confidence to contribute ideas and influence team strategies.
- An analytical approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous learning.
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Basic knowledge of financial processes and tools, supported by your academic background.
