About the role:

Rhythm Solutions division, you will lead a talented team across multiple territories to drive sales of innovative therapies, including thed Access Solutions.

You’ll drive strategy, performance, and talent development while influencing business decisions and building strong relationships with physicians, hospital systems, and internal partners.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategiesto achieve revenue and profitability goals across the Watchman, EP, and Access Solutions portfolios

  • , including sales representatives and clinical/therapy awareness specialists

  • Monitor sales performance, conduct quarterly reviews, and implement corrective actions as needed to meet targets

  • Provide ongoing education and tools

  • Support key account growth, partnering with economic buyers and clinical stakeholders to drive adoption and utilization

  • Oversee contract negotiations

  • Model effective selling techniques

  • with marketing, sales ops, and finance to align regional activities with national strategy

  • Ensure compliance

  • Recruit, onboard, and retain top talent, fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture across your region

  • to strengthen relationships and market presence

Required qualifications:

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree (advanced degree preferred) plus 7–9 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Experience in interventional cardiology, structural heart, electrophysiology (EP), or cardiac rhythm management (CRM) device sales

  • Minimum of 5 years of sales management experience with a proven track record of sales achievement and team development

Preferred qualifications:

  • P&L responsibility experience

  • MBA or graduate degree in a related field

  • Technically strong, analytical, and highly motivated leader with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Experience navigating matrix organizations and influencing across divisions and leadership levels

The anticipated annualized base amount or range for this full time position will be, plus variable compensation governed by the Sales Incentive Compensation Plan (which includes certain annual non-discretionary incentives based on predetermined objectives) as well as the value of core and optional benefits offered at BSC, which can be reviewed at www.bscbenefitsconnect.com. Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, and other relevant business or organizational needs.
