Core Product Marketing responsibilities

  • Understanding products: Study our company’s products thoroughly, identifying key features that will attract customers.
  • Project Management: Manage a content calendar, scheduling the creation and release of each piece of content. Oversee the successful execution of product-related projects.

Supplier Marketing Events/Supplier Marketing References

  • Support the management and content creation for internal and external supplier events.
  • Manage and deliver scalable customer engagement activities such as in-person events (SAP Spend Connect Live, Trading Partner Recognition Award) virtual events (Supplier Connection Webinars, Supplier Digital Summit, podcast, etc.), co-host events, user groups, and/or community activities.
  • Bring SAP Business Network supplier customer stories to life through the build of customer reference content through the Supplier Spotlight Program.

Supplier Marketing Communications and Content Development

  • Lead communications by updating, curating, and creating Supplier Marketing content (Quarterly - Supplier Connection Video Series, Supplier Connection News, etc.)
  • Identify and create outcome driven supplier customer stories (through videos, case studies, blogs, social media, etc.) to help create effective marketing leverage assets that can be used across awareness, demand generation, sales, adoption, and renewal initiatives.
  • Explore and adopt new channels, methods, and platform to optimize supplier marketingcommunications for Gen2 - long term-vision “onboarding-transacting-upgrade”.


Qualifications:

  • Education BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent working experience.
  • Experience: Five years of experience in marketing, with a focus on content marketing, or customer marketing, product marketing experience preferred.
  • Communication: Strong writing and content creation skills.
  • Team Player: Must thrive in a collaborative team environment.
  • General Skills: Ability to understand customer needs, create product positioning, and familiarity with measurement and analytics tools. Good time-management abilities, strong interpersonal and communication skills. Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
