As a Quant Analytics Associate, you will be a key member of the Offers and Shopping Data & Analytics team within the broader Data & Analytics (D&A) organization. You will collaborate key stakeholders to formulate quantifiable goals and developing strategies to achieve these goals. You will engage in sales forecasting, budget managements, campaign lift report and pre/post campaign performance insights to help drive and scale Offers by developing direct relationship with merchants.
Job Responsibilities
- Work closely with Sales, Operations, Product and D&A groups to define objectives and deliverables
- Develop timely and accurate sales forecast to sales team to help drive effective conversations between sales team and merchants
- Provide timely operation forecast to ops team to help accurate budget management
- Develop merchant facing lift reports, pre/post campaign performance for merchant campaign insights
- Convert data to actionable insights and leverage data visualization tools to effectively tell a story
- Measure the business performance and provide executive presentation to senior leadership
Required Qualifications, capabilities, and skills :
- Bachelor's degree in statistics, economics, mathematics or any engineering field involving significant quantitative research and data analysis.
- 2 + years of experience with excellent SQL, Python, Alteryx and Tableau skills
- Critical and analytical thinking with a strong attention to detail
- Capable of defining metrics, evaluating results, drawing conclusions and business insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications, capabilities, and skills :
- 1 years(with Masters) analytics experience
- Experiences in ad tech preferred
