You'll have opportunities for:
- Programming in LabVIEW, Python, MATLAB, or Verilog, either on a PC or embedded software on ARM microcontrollers.
- Designing and building control systems with motors and position sensors
- Creating analog and digital hardware and software to process digital and analog I/O data to make a system more intelligent
- Designing circuits with CAD tools, such as OrCAD or Cadence
- Implementing FPGAs with Vivado
Qualifications/EducationDesired
The successful candidate should have taken classes in, or have hands-on experience with any of the following areas:
- Programming in any of the languages listed above
- Circuit design, either in a system or on a printed circuit board, especially with controllers and data acquisition solutions.
Have strong analytical skills with experience in trouble-shooting electrical circuits.
