You will be responsible for ensuring that the GPU SW organization is able to attest to the security hardness and correctness of its features, to both internal and external partners.You will alsobe responsible forand driving long-term actions to improve NVIDIA software security posture. The role is expected to drive a large vertical within SW from SW/HW interfaces, embedded, to customer facing containers, AI models. You will work with the director of systems software in NVIDIA’s GPU software organization.

• Identifylong-term actions, design patterns and architectural improvements to NVIDIA’s defensive securityposture

• Work closely with the development team to ensure that security is integrated into the developmentprocess

• Stayup-to-datewith the latest security trends,vulnerabilitiesand methodologies,in order tomake sure NVIDIA stays on thecutting edge

• Actively guide and be a voice for security in long term design decisions

• Partner with key security stakeholders in the org and represent the GPU software

What we need to see:

• Bachelors or master’s in computer science, Computer Engineering, related field (or equivalent experience)

• 10+ years of industry experience with 5+ years managing a team

• Strong understanding of software security principles and application of them

• Proven experience working breadth-first in the design and development of large, cross-functional systemssoftware

• Practical approach to security,representinga large engineering team working on diverse featureset

• Experience leading ateam

• Ability navigating across a large organization to achieve

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

• Deep technical knowledge of system software, kernels, embedded systems

• Hands on security knowledge securing a variety of scopes: architecture, vertical stack, containers, system SW,embedded

• Understanding of HW security concepts a strong plus
