DESCRIPTION

The Sr. BizDev will be part of our IT Services Team and is a key link between Amazon Business, top IT vendors, our global marketplaces, and our end global Customers. You will support long term strategy of new, high growth product and features that have visibility to senior leadership. You will be responsible for identifying customer priorities, supporting expansion opportunities, establishing success criteria and delivering on customer experience required to scale the business. You will work closely with Customer, Product, and Business team members to drive alignment toward our goals. This high visibility role will require Senior Executive communication and influencing while working with stakeholders across Retail, HR, Tech and Finance.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 6+ years of professional or military experience
- Experience structuring and negotiating complex agreements and leading cross-functional groups to orchestrate and successfully complete deals
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience influencing multiple stakeholders and leading cross functional teams across geographies and business units
- Experience working with technical and product stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize features, and influence product roadmaps
