1. Provide support for our WebSphere Application Server and WebSphere Liberty Server enterprise customers by analyzing reported product problems and debugging/fixing product code.
2. Develop enhancements and optimizations in product code to deliver added value to customers.
3. Elevate code quality by broadening and deepening test coverage.
4. Modernizing and automating build and delivery process.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise

1. Two years or more enterprise Java developer comfortable working with complex, multi-threaded code, with experience working with large-scale environments and understanding of enterprise-level development challenges.
2. Two years or more working experience with C code.
3. Experience with general networking protocols and ability to troubleshoot network architectures.
4. Familiarity with scripting languages such as python.
5. Strong analytical skills in interpreting a combination of logs, code, and configuration to diagnose and resolve issues effectively.
6. Comfortable working in Linux environments.
7. Experience working with modern source code system such as Git.
8. Strong leadership skills, problem-solving, and communication skills.
