. As aManager II, you willdesigning and developing new features within the Azure OpenAI Service including REST API designand other tooling for interacting with OpenAI’s models.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree AND 2+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 1+yearsexperiencein product development including deliveringone or more of the following: AI, cloud services, enterprise grade solutions, or mobile apps
Other Requirements:
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLM) such as OpenAI and others, Azure AI, AzureMLor their equivalent is highly preferred
  • Customer focus and a deep commitment to delivering products that create customer value and delightful experiences
  • Enterprise customer and partner engagement skillsincludingability to create a delivery plan, track progress, and resolve issues, risks, and blockers as they arise
  • Effective communication skills with a broad range of audiences and ability to influence without authority
  • A high tolerance for ambiguity and change
  • Problem solving and conflict-resolution skills across a set of technical, product, and business challenges
  • Experience with enterprise solutions and a deep technical understanding of software and hardware
