Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience
- 5 years of experience troubleshooting and advocating for customers' needs, and triaging technical issues (e.g., hardware, software, application, operational, process).
- Experience reading code in a general purpose coding language (e.g., Java, C, C++, Python, Shell, Go, JavaScript) or in system design.
- Experience with technical projects including design, development, maintenance, and driving long term improvements.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working with AI/ML data center hardware platforms and related technologies.
- Experience interacting with customers or users and working closely with technical stakeholders or partners.
- Experience developing backend applications or shell scripts.
