Executive Assistantwill serve as a strategic partner toand other senior P&C leaders to ensure seamless execution of department goals.

Key Responsibilities

This role requires a proactive mindset, with the ability tochallenges and plan strategically. Candidates should be adept at designing mechanisms and implementing processes that streamline responsibilities andtime management.

  • Provide high-levelexecutiveadministrative supportfor2-3People & Culture executives with professionalism and discretion

  • Manage complex calendarsandprioritize time-sensitive meetings

  • Serve as a trusted liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders

  • logisticsandpreparematerials for meetingsandoffsites,aligning with businesspriorities

  • Exercise sound judgment and uphold the highest standards of integrity, confidentiality, and ethics

  • Independently drive initiatives and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment

  • Support team culture through morale-building activities,town hallmeetings, and engagement efforts

  • Arrange domestic and international travellogistics, including itineraries and accommodations

  • Support F5’s BeF5 and LeadF5 values in day-to-day decision-making and collaboration

Qualifications & Skills

  • Associate degree or higher preferred.

  • 5-10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant to executives in public high-tech companies.

  • Demonstrate strong initiative, resourcefulness, and autonomy inanticipatingand resolving executive needs

  • Detail-oriented and dependable, with the flexibility to thrive in dynamic environments

  • Comfortable navigating sensitive situations and handling confidential information

The annual base pay for this position is: $93,910.00 - $140,866.00
