Your Role and Responsibilities

• Exposure to Account Payable (AP) is essential, it’s an advancerage if you have knowledge on Account Receivable (AR), Cash Application (Applying Cash) and reporting /Credit and collections
• Exposure to invoice processing, payment and travel and expense claims
• Experienced in Procure to Pay procedures and delivery

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Entry level to 2 years of relevant work experience in a Finance & Admin BPO or any other industry in accounting field & handling Collections
• Having experience in Account Payable (AP) is essential, Account Receivable (AR) or General Ledger (GL) are added advantages
• Familliar with invoice processing, payment, employees’ travel and expense claims
• Fluent English & Bahasa Indonesia Speaking, good in reading and writing. Local candidates who have proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia are welcomed to apply.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Exposure to Cash Application (Applying Cash) and reporting /Credit and collections
• Exposure to AR Reconciliation and Age wise Analysis of overdues
• Experienced in Procure to Pay procedures and delivery
