In this role, you will:

  • Partner with Banking Lending COO, Capital and Portfolio Management leadership, and other internal stakeholders to develop solutions to new and existing business challenges.
  • Lead efforts to strengthen the infrastructure related to the delivery of lending products.
  • Partner closely with business and platform leaders to care for regulatory requirements and risk related to business activities.
  • Lead Banking senior-level partnership with CIB Lending Operations to establish consistency for clients across current portfolio and new transactions. Partner with Portfolio Management team as an escalation point for day-to-day issues that have potential for negative client impact.
  • Support Banking Lending COO across a variety of key ad-hoc projects.
  • Partner with Banking Lending COO across a multitude of projects/reporting which are critical to business continuity (e.g., pipeline reporting, finance & capital forecasting, and other similar projects).
  • Lead execution of division wide communications and meetings
  • Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives
  • Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate
  • Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance
  • Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
  • Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
  • Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives
  • Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group


Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years ofBusiness Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planningexperience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Corporate Lending and/or Investment Banking
  • Experience with Investment Banking RCSA
  • Experience with strategy, underwriting, financial, and/or analytics experience of commercial portfolios
  • Experience in problem analysis, solution implementation, and change management
  • Excellent communication skills and experience consulting with Senior Leadership
  • Self-starter with proven ability to exercise independent judgement
  • Demonstrated ability to juggle and execute high volume of competing priorities within strict deadlines
  • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills for executive presentations
  • Experience with customer relationship management systems (CRMs) including Salesforce and market data vendors like Dealogic, Tableau, Bloomberg, Factset, etc
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important

Job Expectations:

  • Ability to travel up to 10%
  • Position will require onsite presence from any of the required locations listed

  • This position is subject to FINRA Background Screening Requirements, including successful completion and clearing of a background check. Pay Range

$96,600.00 - $206,100.00
