- 10 years of experience in a management consulting environment or in a tech organization in strategy and operations.
- Experience partnering with business teams and influencing stakeholders in a matrixed organization.
- Experience in program management.

- Ability to be flexible in a fast paced environment with limited direction, balance competing priorities, and manage several projects at once.
- Familiarity with tools such as Anaplan, Salesforce, Looker and headcount management platforms.
