Your role:

• Perform day-to-day Procurement operations under active guidance of Panama Operational Procurement Team Lead.

• Perform operational and tactical sourcing activities regarding Shopping Cards / Purchase Orders Creation.

• Stakeholders management and support.

• Monitoring and analysis of KPIs: Purchase Order Compliance, Service Level Agreement end to end timing Approval, Parked invoices.

• Indirect Services and Material Customer Service support America.

• Vendor Master Data Customer Service support America.

• Takes decisions individually on normal day-to-day operations, captured in the key areas of responsibility focusing on the continuous improvement, stakeholders management and support.

You're the right fit if:

• You possess an academic background in Finance, International Commerce, Accounting, Industrial Engineering and/or Business Admin.
• Have +2 years of experience in Procurement or a solid mix between experience and academic background.
• Advanced knowledge of English.
• Knowledge of SAP, Ariba and Microsoft Excel.
