Our Revenue organization is seeking an experienced data leader to build and manage our expanding Revenue Analytics team. - Strategic Collaboration
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner with GTM teams, including Sales, Customer Success, Services, Marketing, and Finance, to understand their analytics needs and deliver actionable insights.
- Group Leadership and Development: Provide leadership, mentorship, and oversee globally analysts embedded within cross-functional GTM departments.
- Guild Responsibility: Build and lead the Analysts Guild, promoting best practices, fostering professional standardization, and creating a cohesive community of practice among analysts.
- Talent Management: Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new analytics team members.
- Data Quality and Improvement: Monitor and enhance the quality of data and analytics outputs.
- Seamless Integration: Ensure the seamless integration of analytics into GTM strategies and operations.
- Data Visualization: Build compelling dashboards and reports to translate data into meaningful representations that serve as vital decision-making tools.
- Data Advocacy: Champion high-quality data work across the organization, setting standards for exceptional work by sharing examples and best practices.
- Experience: 8+ years in analytics in SaaS companies, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Excellent SQL skills and proficiency in Tableau / Looker or similar BI systems.
- Communication: Great communication skills with a penchant for data visualization and storytelling.
- Relationship Building: Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to structure frameworks and initiate action plans.
Data Governance:Experience with data governance and data quality management.
